Who are we looking for?

Mainly responsible for providing technical services for MAES products, such as electroplating copper, metallization, and surface finishing, to customers across Taiwan and Southeast Asia. The incumbent supports local clients with chemical line management, encompassing troubleshooting, technical support, and the review of process parameters to optimize production performance.

What will you be doing?

  • Monitor, improve, implement, and review chemical-related parameters for customer production lines.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to ensure Best Practice process control and operations.
  • Perform regular process audits for designated customer accounts.
  • Support new process installations and manage initial setup procedures.
  • Conduct laboratory training for new installations and routine analysis audits for GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) controls.
  • Support other accounts across Southeast Asia as required.

Who are You?

  • Experience: Preferably 2–5 years (or more) in PCB chemical processes or related electroplating fields. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in PCB chemical processes and a proactive learning attitude are also highly encouraged to apply.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in metallization, electroplating and surface finish line setup is highly advantageous.

What competencies will you need?

  • Language Proficiency: Competent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical Skills: Capability in statistical analysis; experience with JMP or Minitab is highly advantageous.
  • Licensing: Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Mobility: Willing to travel or relocate as required to fulfill technical service duties.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to support customers in a professional manner.
