Who are we looking for?
He must be able to independently complete customer samples and provide professional test analysis reports, have good teamwork and communication skills.
Proactive motivation to research and improve product performance by DoE , electrochemical tool or other means is a plus.
What will you be doing?
1. Execution for sampling/testing to support Taiwan ES PCB / IC substrates business and support regional sampling by request.
2. Complete and execute the corporate and local initiated project/product with R&D and product team.
3. Product modification for material cost down or new application
4. All new products study, develop and test
5. Support trouble shooting for serious problem in Taiwan
6. Support new product new make-up in customer site for first few times
Who are You?
Master’s degree / Chemical Engineering related degree is preferred / At least 5-years experiences in PCB or IC substrate field. Familiarity with metallization processes is a plus.
What competencies will you need?
1. This position must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret some complex technical documents and enquires, and respond effectively in Chinese and English.
2. Familiarity with statistical software (JMP/Minitab) analysis skills is preferred.
