Who are we looking for?
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, and developing strategies to expand the company’s customer base. This role oversees day‑to‑day sales operations, builds strong client relationships, and ensures that sales targets are consistently achieved. The Sales Manager plays a key role in shaping the commercial strategy and supporting long‑term business success.
What will you be doing?
1. Sales Target Achievement
- Take ownership of assigned sales targets (revenue, volume, and profitability)
- Develop and execute sales plans to ensure targets are fully achieved
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when needed
2. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
- Expand market share through strategic account penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
3. Market Intelligence & Survey
- Support and conduct market surveys to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams for business strategy alignment
- Identify emerging opportunities and risks in the market
4. Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead customer projects from opportunity stage to mass production
- Coordinate closely with Technical Service Engineers to ensure successful project execution
- Act as the key interface between customer, engineering, and internal teams
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with LoB, operations, and technical teams to deliver customer solutions
- Ensure alignment on product capabilities, timelines, and customer expectations
6. Customer Management
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Who are You?
1. Bachelor's degree or above; 10+ years of relevant work experience.
2. Proficient in English both verbally and written.
3. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
What competencies will you need?
Understanding of sales tools and technologies like CRM, sales enablement platforms, and other productivity tools.
