Who are we looking for?
- Responsible for the overall mission and activities of the Global GDAC support network
What will you be doing?

- Aligning the GDAC mission and activities with the company’s strategic business objectives
- Communication of GDAC responsibilities to internal GDAC group members and external groups including commercial and tech service
- Management of GDAC personnel
- Setting personal professional expectations for individuals
- Establish and maintain professional quality reporting
- Managing professional development, promotion, and career development of team members
- Managing headcount and skillsets to attain company strategic objectives
- Management of GDAC facilities to maintain optimal performance to “critical to quality requirements”
- With the GDAC Leaders
- Maintain current equipment/instruments in optimal condition through periodic health checks and prioritize replacements for the Capex process
- Upgrade equipment to current state of the art
- Add equipment when necessary to meet increasing workload demands and new technology opportunities
- Address needs in a timely manner
- With the GDAC Leaders
