Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Coordinator to work as part of our small team in Woking, Surrey. You will act as a customer focused and proactive first point of contact for Fernox Customers and the External Sales team. You will be handling of orders from the point of order to stock allocation, dispatch and delivery.
What will you be doing?
As part of the Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for customer care nationally and internationally. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be entering customer orders, monitoring delivery in collaboration with the logistics team, processing returns and raising credit notes. You will also be dealing on occasions with any issues or customer complaints so you must have experience in handling similar. You will also be investigating any issues in order to resolve and ensure that these do not arise again. You will also be providing support to the external sales team, working with sales managers and internal sales colleagues to maintain customer terms and pricing. You will be expected to work effectively with all departments, offering support, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Who are You?
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a similar customer service environment, be educated to college level and be fluent in both English and Polish languages. You will have excellent communication skills – written and verbal and be a committed self starter with a desire to take ownership of your work and projects.

You will be proactive and be able to use your initiative in order to ensure our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase. You will have excellent time management and planning skills, as well as first class communication skills gained within a similar environment or role. You will be a fast learner as you will be expected to learn about our business and product offerings.
