Who are we looking for?
A motivated Quality professional who will support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and help drive compliance across the site. You enjoy working in a technical, fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and collaborate well with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality processes run smoothly.
What will you be doing?
- Maintain and update the site Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO and internal standards.
- Manage and update WinLIMS parameters and specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely revisions.
- Prepare and send process change notifications to key customers and respond to customer surveys with accurate information.
- Support customer quality system audits and third-party surveillance audits, assisting with preparation and documentation.
- Review and approve controlled document revisions in QMS to ensure they meet internal procedures and industry standards.
- Update and maintain raw material specifications within the Codebook and assist with the generation of electronic Certificates of Analysis.
- Assist with measurement system analysis (MSA) studies and other quality data collection activities.
- Analyze and report key quality metrics to the QA Manager and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior staff to support calibration programs and other manufacturing support systems.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and continuous-improvement initiatives as assigned.
Who are You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or a related technical role within a manufacturing or high-tech environment.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 standards.
- Familiarity with lab software, Microsoft Office Suite, and comfortable learning tools such as Minitab, JDE, and Quality Management Software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently on day-to-day activities while collaborating closely with senior quality staff.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $69,561.00- $104, 341.00
