What will you be doing?

As a summer intern, you will specifically support advanced IC substrate R&D. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development and testing of new formulations for metallizing IC substrates.
• Conducting experiments and collecting data to evaluate the performance of new materials.
• Collaborating with senior researchers and engineers to analyze results and refine formulations.
• Documenting procedures, observations, and findings in detailed technical reports.
• Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to discussions on project progress and challenges.
