MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars, or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment, and recycle and reuse solutions. Our industrial customer base is highly diverse and includes customers in the following end markets: appliances and electronics; automotive parts; industrial parts; plumbing goods; construction equipment; and transportation equipment.

Who are we looking for?
The FP&A Analyst supports the financial planning and analysis function by preparing budgets, forecasts, financial models, and management reports. This role provides insights into business performance, identifies trends, and supports decision‑making through accurate and timely financial analysis. The FP&A Analyst works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with organizational goals.
What will you be doing?

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts

Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning

Consolidate financial inputs from various departments and validate assumptions

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis

Analyze financial results, KPIs, and trends to identify risks and opportunities

Support senior leadership with data‑driven insights and recommendations

Collaborate with operations, sales, supply chain, and other teams to understand financial drivers

Provide financial support for business cases, cost analysis, and investment decisions

Communicate findings clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders

Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and templates

Support enhancements to FP&A processes, systems, and automation initiatives

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems

Ensure financial planning activities align with accounting standards and company policies

Support internal and external audit requests related to FP&A activities

Maintain documentation for models, assumptions, and reporting processes
Who are You?
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
-
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance

The typical base salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $92,402 and $138,604 annually.
