Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. 
In this role you will be carrying out off‑line QC testing, releasing materials to specification, and supporting product quality investigations and continuous improvement activities. you will be involved in analysing data through internal systems, developing test methods, and ensuring all work aligns with ISO, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements. 
The ideal candidate will be a keen learner, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure that Company ISO, Health, Safety and Environmental policies are fully implemented during all activities.
  • Support QC testing, product quality investigations and continuous improvement activities
  • Accurately test samples according to Industry standard or Work Instruction.
  • Work with internal software systems (SAP, SFOL etc.) to extract and analyze data
  • Provide meaningful data and trend analysis, validate studies using SPC, gauge R&R etc. Draw conclusions and present data in a suitable format
  • Develop test methods to support containment activities, complaints and product quality investigations.
  • Perform internal calibrations. Arrange external calibration of equipment.

Who are You?

This is a one year fixed term contract commencing summer 2026. Ideally you will be a university undergraduate seeking an industry placement as part of your degree course.
