Who are we looking for?
We currently have an opportunity for a Production Coordinator to join our team in Villorba (TV), Italy. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of 10 production workers.

The ideal candidate will have at least some experience in managing people and a strong willingness to take initiative and learn new things. We value a proactive mindset and are seeking someone who can contribute innovative ideas to help optimize workflow processes.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Villorba (TV), Italy.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinate the Production department by organizing the team's work in collaboration with the Production Planner. Provide technical support to production workers. Production is carried out in batches of liquid and powder chemical additives on a single shift schedule (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
- Supervise the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Logistics, Quality Control, and Purchasing teams to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow across the supply chain.
- Work closely with the EHS and Maintenance teams to effectively plan both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities (machinery, equipment, etc.).
- Analyze production and sales data to optimize MRP settings (e.g., safety stock, lead time, reorder points) and take action to achieve company KPIs (such as DII, slow-moving and obsolete materials, productivity, etc.).
Who are You?
You have a relevant high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a similar discipline), along with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English and in using Microsoft Office tools (especially advanced Excel) is required.

You will be employed under the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Chemical Industry (CCNL Chimico), with the option to join the associated health and pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM).
