Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales and Customer Services Support professional to join our commercial team in the Tuzla office, to cover maternity leave. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and excellent service delivery.
You will play a key role in supporting sales operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our commercial function.
What will you be doing?
As Internal Sales and Customer Services Support, you will:
- Manage customer orders: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using ERP systems, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Liaise with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Production to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Respond to customer inquiries: Handle queries related to products, pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Support account management: Assist Sales Managers with quotations, customer data updates, and reporting.
- Maintain records and systems: Ensure customer information, order history, and communications are accurately recorded.
- Resolve issues: Proactively address order discrepancies, delays, or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance service levels, streamline processes, and improve customer experience.

What competencies will you need?
- Language: Able to communicate effectively in English at an intermediate level.
- Sales Support Experience: Prior experience in customer service, internal sales, or commercial support roles, ideally in a manufacturing or chemical environment.
- Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems; ability to manage data and workflows effectively.
- Order Management: Understanding of order-to-cash processes, including pricing, delivery, and invoicing.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of handling customer issues and coordinating with internal teams to find solutions.
- Data Accuracy & Integrity: Attention to detail in managing customer records, documentation, and reporting.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to manage competing demands and meet deadlines.
- Education & Training: Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
