We are looking for a Financial Specialist who will be located at Politeknik production facility.

Job Purpose

This position aims to give support to the local and Global Finance Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • To support operational team in all finance matters
  • Support hyperinflationary adjustment for local stat & US GAAP ledgers.
  • Support team to ensure submission of all corporate reports are per corporate timelines, Financial report is per corporate guideline
  • Support implementation of process simplification and efficiencies
  • Support global projects, when applicable
  • Support ad-hoc financial reporting preparation for Global and / or Local requirement when needed.
  • Support internal and external Audit
  • Ensuring that termly records are made on time and completely in book.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A curious and persistent personality with a “can-do” attitude and “hands-on” mentality, willingness to run the extra mile. Easily adaptable to new responsibilities. Ambition to success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant departments
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance related roles in fast-paced environments, especially in manufacturing environment experience is a huge advantage and banking transaction background is an asset.
  • Successful track record in financial analysis and reporting, ideally in complex organizations
  • Attentive in details, analytical, strong communicator, and comfortable with ambiguity and putting complex pieces together.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a rapidly changing environment.
  • Quick, independent learner
  • Ability to communicate effectively across the organisation.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business administration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Relevant industry
