MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. Our decorative performance coatings apply finishes for parts in various end markets such as automotive interiors or jewelry surfaces. As part of our broader sustainable solutions platform, we also provide both chemistry and equipment for turnkey wastewater treatment and recycle and reuse solutions. Who are we looking for?

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technical and engineering activities within assigned projects. This role ensures that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards. Acting as a bridge between engineering, production, and management teams, the Project Engineer provides technical expertise, manages resources effectively, and supports continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. The position also involves monitoring budgets and schedules, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

What will you be doing?

Identify and analyze customer requirements, providing appropriate and customized technical or service solutions.
Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget for new facility investment projects.
Lead the technical design, planning, and engineering of facility systems and operational parameters.
Perform calculations for equipment capacities and technical specifications, particularly for anodizing line systems.
Plan and monitor project progress using MS Project to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Coordinate and participate in project design meetings with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Supervise the design and implementation of mechanical installation systems, including heating, cooling, water supply, wastewater treatment and exhaust systems.
Oversee the design, manufacturing, and installation of steel structures such as tanks, cranes, walkways, and platforms.
Manage all stages of project execution, from conceptual design to commissioning.
Review, control, and approve technical procurement processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

Who are You?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks design software.
Experience working within a multi-entity or multinational organization preferred.
Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
