We are looking for a Financial Specialist who will be located at Politeknik production facility.

Job Purpose

This position aims to give support to the local and Global Finance Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute and control the cost accounting process of material movements made by the operation, correct the cost impact of erroneous material movements, correctly reflect and reconcile material stock accounts in the balance sheet.
• Control and analysis of factors affecting production costs (expenses, raw materials).
• Preparation of stock aging reports and reporting of stock holding costs, working in coordination with relevant units for optimal levels.
• System development and creation of system controls related to items affecting production costs.
• Preparation of reports related to stocks.
• Comparison of standard/actual costs and analysis of differences.
• Preparation and control of tables for the costs of produced and sold goods.
• Monthly costing, period-end closing transactions, and maintaining all period-end stock accounting records.
• Preparation and control of monthly trial balances.
• Monthly updating of statistical indicators and distribution keys.
• Ensuring accurate reporting of product profitability data.
• Analysis and reporting of project material costs.
• Meeting data requests from internal audits, independent audits, and other process owners.
• Monthly actual closing in the SAP system.
• Creating controls for error-free system operation by working closely with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics units.
• Developing SAP system improvements in their field.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
  •  At least 6 years of experience in accounting.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office programs.
  • Strong planning and organization, problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a team, with effective communication skills in interpersonal relations.
  • Experience leading a team will be a plus.
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business administration
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Relevant industry
