Who are we looking for?
We now have an opportunity for Senior Technical Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team.
Provide routine technical service and trouble shooting for business requirement in Tianjin area.
What will you be doing?
1.To provide routine onsite technical service to our customers.
2.To solve product application problem for our customers.
3.To monitor our customers production line performance.
4.To provide technical support on new line set up and new process operation manual for our customers.
5.To provide product training for our customers.
6.To provide sample building support for new opportunities according to business requirement.
7.To monitor our chemicals consumption for GRC margin improvement.
8.To provide necessary logistic support for business requirement.
9.To collect the relevant information of customers, industry, competition.
10.To finish any other tasked assigned by the supervisor for business requirement.
Who are You?
1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
2. Four to ten years of related experience in PCB industry.

What competencies will you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need to have below skills:
1. High trouble shooting capability with professional industry knowledge & application experience.
2. Proficient in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
3. Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
4. Rich industry product knowledge.
