Business Overview:

1.The primary purpose of this position is to consistently and stably achieve the daily production targets while maintaining high product quality, ensuring customer deliveries and satisfaction.

2.Additionally, the role aims to improve the production progress at the Taoyuan plant by optimizing the existing production processes, thereby enhancing product quality and reducing production costs to strengthen overall operational efficiency.

Job Purpose:

1.Consistently and stably achieve daily production targets while maintaining high product quality.

2.Promote improvements and optimizations in production planning and processes to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

3.Perform regular facility maintenance to ensure proper and stable equipment functionality.

4.Continuously optimize production processes to improve operational efficiency.

5.Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Responsibilities:

2. Flexibility to assist and support other departments as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1.Possess strong communication and coordination skills, be proactive, and responsible.

2.Being cooperative, attentive, cheerful, and willing to engage in work and learning is preferred.

Skills:

1.Basic computer operations.

Competencies:

1. Able to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents.

2.Manage audits and other related documents.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

1.Must have a responsible attitude towards their own work.

Education:

1. Four-year college or university bachelor's degree.

Relevant Industries:

1.Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
