SEMICONDUCTOR & ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS (SAS)

Job Purpose

  • Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Takes personal responsibility for senior level customer communication including key negotiations and contracts
  • Encourages global collaboration between team members, adjacent departments, and business units
  • Is an example for others, continuously displays role model account management skills and behaviors in detail and execution e.g. negotiation, customer engagement, expectation management

Job Responsibilities

  • A proven B2B commercial experience (at least 8+ years) in electronic assembly industry especially for polymer product portfolio and preferably key account management across the region and globe
  • Strong business acumen with excellent global account management, organization, stakeholder- and management skills and the ability to mobilize and motivate others including indirect team members
  • Have an established network and relationships in the industry and at first tier power electronic companies in Taiwan.
  • To manage all key sales activities through ATLAS CRM database (Salesforce.Com)
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Leads solution development and value creation efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% where needed

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred in Engineering or Relevant industry
