What will you be doing?
- Responsible for supplies, office and site service.
- Site service contracts administration.
- Supervising janitors for site wide 5S activity.
- Coordinate site capital projects for progress monitoring and execution with corporate policy and management system.
- Responsible for EHS management for the site to comply legal requirement and corporate policies/standards/guidelines.
- Lead ISO related certification work.
- Lead and coordinate site Environment Permit/License/Reporting activities.
- Lead and coordinate corporate EHS standard implementation at the site.
Who are You?
- Bachelor or mater degree in engineering or EHS related field.
- Preferred 2-3 years or more of demonstrated experience.
- Occupational safety and health management personnel (class B) is plus.
- Environmental related certifications (Ex: waste disposal treatment, toxic chemicals management, air permit) is plus.
- ISO related certification is plus.
- Project management and organizational skills for developing project timelines with key milestones and deliverables.
- Able to work under intense pressure in a fast paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in English for reading / writing / listening and speaking.
