Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for QA/QC Engineer to join our Quality team in Taiwan - Taoyuan.

What will you be doing?

  1. Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet internal and customer requirements.
  2. Analyze quality issues in the production process and propose improvement plans.
  3. Perform root cause analysis using quality tools and data analysis.
  4. Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve quality-related issues.

Who are You?

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or science-related disciplines.
  2. Skills:
    • Basic English proficiency (ability to read technical documents and handle simple written communication).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint,….).
    • Fundamental knowledge of quality and statistical analysis (e.g., SPC, QC tools).
    • The concept of process orientation.
  3. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and knowledge.
