Production Operator

Division:  Packaging & Board Assembly

Who are we looking for?

1.Smelting, powder production, sieving, and packaging of tin powder.
2.Must be able to handle daily transportation of tin powder, with each item  
   weighing approximately 20-30 kilograms.
3.Some work environments involve high-temperature operations.

You will be part of a skilled operations team responsible for running production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

What will you be doing?

  • 1.Production of semi-finished products, finished products, packaging, and shipping.
    2.Operate production machinery, perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines, and be able to stand or walk as needed.
    3.Conduct process and machinery inspections during the manufacturing process.
  • Operate production equipment: Safely run reactors, mixers, pumps, and other machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle raw materials and products: Load and unload materials, transfer batches, and package finished goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
  • Follow safety protocols: Use personal protective equipment (PPE), and contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Support troubleshooting and maintenance: Assist with minor equipment adjustments and report issues to maintenance teams.

What competencies will you need?

  • Must have a responsible attitude towards their own work.
  • Production Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment is preferred.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to operate and perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
  • Quality Focus: Understanding of quality control principles and the importance of product consistency.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to accurately complete production records and follow written procedures.
  • Physical Fitness: Capable of performing manual tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Education & Training: High school diploma or equivalent.
