What will you be doing?
- Customized conformal coating products development upon customer expectations (Cases of High temperature, corrosion resistance, electric insulation, etc.), enhance product applicability in the application fields of Auto, consumer electronics, and PCB.
- Solvent based conformal coating (AR, UR, SC) and TIMs products (Thermal grease, thermal gel) formulation maintenance.
- Collaborate with key functions such as marketing, sales, business development, supply chain, qualify, and global technical team to ensure alignment on project development
- Reliability test plan designation (Salt spray, TMA, DMA, environmental chamber, electrical performance, etc.) Analyzing data to promote product iteration.
- Technical assistance to manufacturing, new products or technical transferring facilitation.
- Technical training with colleagues, distributors, and customers.
- Follow EHS and 5S rules in daily lab work
Who are You?
- Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, material engineering or related, bachelor degree or above.
- Ten-year-experience of coating development in either field of protective coating, ink, wood coating or conformal coating technology development, of which 5years of UV conformal coating experience is preferred.
- With proven track records in coating new formulation development.
- Proficient with the relevant reference standards and testing methods of conformal coating, independent professional data analysis capabilities
- Familiar with at least one of the international standards of IPC-CC-830, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610.
- Distinct ability to work in a team within a multifunctional team of a global matrix organization
- High motivation to drive new technology initiatives and innovation projects.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Experience in working in a global company is an advantage.

What competencies will you need?
Technical & Scientific Competencies
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline.
- Practical laboratory experience in chemical synthesis, formulation, or analytical testing.
- Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Understanding of development workflows from concept through validation or scale‑up (desirable).
Quality, Safety & Compliance Competencies
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and safe handling of chemicals.
- Ability to work in compliance with quality systems, SOPs, and regulatory expectations.
- Strong commitment to data integrity and documentation standards.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines.
