Who are we looking for?

Actively develop emerging EV segment markets and power electronics applications, search and develop new customers and new businesses in their respective regions, especially for EV OEMs and Tier 1 customers. At the same time, maintain existing customer relationships and develop new projects to achieve the established business growth goals.

What will you be doing?

1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of materials such as solder paste, preform, sintering materials; develop and maintain partnerships with New Energy Vehicle (EV) OEMs.

2. Establish and sustain long-term relationships with clients in the automotive electronics segment market, particularly those involved in power semiconductors, sintering, SMT, adhesives, and flux.

3. Conduct regular market research to analyze trends and adjust sales strategies to align with market demands.

4. Provide technical support and training to assist clients in product understanding and application.

5. Manage and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.

6. Collaborate with R&D and product teams for customized product development and improvements.

Who are You?

      • Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials, Electronics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields

      • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in automotive electronics, specifically with power semiconductors, SMT solder paste, or sintering materials.

      • Familiar with the application and technical requirements of solder paste, sintering materials and preforms.

      • Experience working within or dealing with EV OEMs is highly preferred.

      • Existing sales channels and client resources in the automotive electronics industry are a plus.

      • Highly responsible, proactive, a strong team player, and capable of working under pressure.
