Who are we looking for?
Responsible for managing Film sales team in the territory of China.
What will you be doing?
1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for China, in alignment with the overall global sales strategy. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and define sales targets.
2. Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a sales team in China, providing clear guidance, coaching, and support. Set performance targets, monitor progress, and foster a high-performance driven culture. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
3. Sales Performance and Reporting: Monitor sales performance in China, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to the APAC Business Director. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and drive growth.
4. Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion in China. Collaborate with the Director to enter new markets, establish partnerships, or expand distribution channels to maximize sales potential.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in China market. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, provide exceptional customer service, and foster long-term partnerships.
7. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Collaborate with the Senior Director and finance team to develop sales forecasts and budgets for China market. Provide inputs based on market trends, customer insights, Atlas opportunities and sales performance analysis to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocation.
Who are You?
1.Bachelor’s degree with chemistry, material science, or engineering or commercial related degree is preferred and with 3 years of films, injection molding, surface treatment on plastics working experience in technical background would be a plus.
2.Need to be very GOOD in English and Chinese in reading, writing and speaking. With Japanese could be a significant plus.
