Who are we looking for?

Customer Service /inventory management/Sales coordinator

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, quotations, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the ERP System.
  • Be the central coordinator between commercial, operations and the toller for sales order management, order fulfilment, and inventory management.
  • Assist in demand planning and supply forecasting based on sales trends. Manage product and material inventory levels to the desired stock levels using the MRP system, and coordinate stock replenishments as required.
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
  • Support administrative activities, including preparing labels (from Singapore ERP system) and Certificate of Analysis for the toller.
  • Liaise with the toller in Australia to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Monthly KPI reporting on inventory, stock movements, defect/ quality complaint, OTD reporting.
     

Who are You?

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination and/or supply chain operations.

What competencies will you need?

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP (SAP/JDE) systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
