Who are we looking for?
The incumbent will perform receiving in, in-process and outgoing inspection for manufactured products.
What will you be doing?
- Perform receiving, in-process and outgoing inspection
- Assist Laboratory supervisor on analyzing customer returns/customer complaints
- Generate COA
- Authorize to sign on COA
- Record test result and input to SPC
- Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality
- Issue Production Batch Ticket to production
- Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
- Measurement System Analysis
- Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting of Lab equipment
- Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
- Any other tasks as and when assigned.
- Able to perform overtime when required.
Who are You?
-
Diploma/Bachelor's degree (B.S.), in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science disciplines, from four-year college or university.

Experience in chemical analysis and experience in operating laboratory instruments.
What competencies will you need?
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Meticulous and analytical mindset.
- Good team player and possess excellent communication skills.
