Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about chemical processes, industrial operations, and sustainability. You will gain hands-on experience in a global production environment and contribute to real-world projects that impact our operations.
What will you be doing?
As a Manufacturing Intern, you will:

Assist in monitoring and optimizing chemical production processes.

Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues.

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Help update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure documentation compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and EHS.

Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into plant operations and safety practices.
Who are You?

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.

Basic understanding of chemical processes, safety standards, and industrial equipment.

Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in manufacturing operations.
