Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about chemical processes, industrial operations, and sustainability. You will gain hands-on experience in a global production environment and contribute to real-world projects that impact our operations.

What will you be doing?

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will:
  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing chemical production processes.
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of operational issues.
  • Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Help update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and EHS.
  • Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into plant operations and safety practices.

Who are You?

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of chemical processes, safety standards, and industrial equipment.
  • Strong academic performance and a genuine interest in manufacturing operations.
