Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a responsible individual to assume the position of CSR tasked with following up the sales order and coordinate the issues with the sales team.
In addition, focus on continuous improvement, responsiveness and customer satisfaction underpinning our contributions to the Company’s success and long-term growth
What will you be doing?
- Confirming orders for shipment preparation
- Initiating shipping bookings with appointed forwarders
- Liaising with Operation team on date/time cargoes are needed to be collected.
- Preparing shipping documents to local transporter/forwarders/ courier service providers for deliveries/cargo pick up
- Alerting operation team if/when shipments are delayed (Especially when cargo needs to be stored in cold room environment)
- Providing customers with all necessary shipping documents (Tax Invoice, AWB or BL, COAs etc)
- Contact point for shipping complaints (Missing cargo, held at customs, damaged in transit etc)
- Consolidating needed info to relevant Dept (or Service Proviider) to investigate the case when necessary.
Who are You?
- Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to cope with fast-paced environment, working cross-functionally with other teammates.
What competencies will you need?
- Strong user of JDE System
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
