Who are we looking for?
- Conduct local sales for various applications to customers such as the electronics, automotive, industrial, Semiconductors.
- Contribution for Sales Management and creation for new opportunity
What will you be doing?
- Customer Development and managing existing customers based on company system.
- Build relationship with key customers, understanding of related technology and product.
- Helping MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions further develop and penetrate this market by:
- Developing annual sales strategies, business plans, forecasts, and budgets for growth.
- Proactively developing and implementing market development activities necessary to gain the greatest amount of exposure and awareness in the market.
- Recommending and coordinating the marketing needs for this business to support demand generation and market growth.
- Exceptional relationship and networking skills.
- Experience with negotiating and crafting complex deal structures that create win-win solutions for our business and customers
Who are You?
- Bachelor's degree from chemistry, materials science or related discipline
- Possess a valid driving license
- Minimally 5-year's experience in industrial sales such as industrial adhesives, electronic assembly materials.
What competencies will you need?
- Must have capability to have strong collaboration with multi-functions – sales, marketing, business development, R&D, Quality, and manufacturing.
- Have strong communication skills (written & verbal) in both Korean and English
- Have strong analytical and statistical skills for problem solving.
- Must have outstanding customer relations skills and be able to adapt to varying customer needs.
- Must be able to handle constructive feedback and adapt accordingly.
