Who are we looking for?

The incumbent will support purchasing activities for the manufacturing plant operations. 

What will you be doing?

• Assist of prepare documents, place the purchase order according to company demand.
• Data entry in JDE system & local system.
• Material delivery control. Daily monitor, follow up delivery on orders and expedite delivery.
• Manage payment to the suppliers.
• Assist of investigation on materials market trends and price.
• Document management for customs clearance of raw materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the purchasing process.
• Work with the supplier about the delivery, communication about payment and coordination for venders.
• Co-ordinate with finance for new supplier registration, prepayment etc.
• Prepare Purchasing report.
• Assist of sure good communication with supplier about quality, EICC, safety and environment;
• Assist of quality management system, e.g., ISO9001/IATF16949.

Who are You?

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

What competencies will you need?

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, usage rates and consumptions. 
• Strong ability with spreadsheets, familiar with JDE systems
• Team-player with ability to work cross-functionally
