Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Operator to support the daily operations of our supply chain and warehouse activities. This role involves handling goods, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
What will you be doing?
1) Coordinate with other branches on all issues related to shipping order movement.
2) Back up of general shipping document preparation.
3) Maintain and review the delivery schedules and arrangement.
4) Coordinate and support daily delivery issue.
5) Record keeping and maintain filing.
6) Serve as back-up support for administrator works in other position duty.
7) other duties assigned by manager/director.
8) Back up of warehouse operation handling.
Who are You?

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or material handling.

Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.

Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
