Who are we looking for?

Coordinate and act as good service window between customers and internal departments.

What will you be doing?

  1. Customer-Focused Attitude - respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely, professional, and courteous manner and with good communication Skills
  2. Positive, service-oriented mindset- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
  3. Problem-Solving Ability - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience and expect empathy and patience when handling inquiries or complaints
  4. Maintain professionalism under pressure - Document all customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions accurately in the ERP system and expect accurate data entry and documentation Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  5. Commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives
  6. Follows company values and ethical standards - Follow established service standards, scripts, policies, and quality guidelines
  7. Collaborates Teamwork - Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.  Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments when necessary. Collaborates well with colleagues and other departments
  8. Willingness to learn - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services, and system updates.

Who are You?

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
