Who are we looking for?
To serve as the core administrative support the the whole facility responsible for the day-to-day clerical and organizational tasks that keep an office or department running smoothly, covering the office supplies and equipment procurement, dormitory management, travel and office logistics, reception tasks, internal and external communication management, document preparation, filing and rcord-keeping, facility cleaning management, company team build activity support, etc.
What will you be doing?
- Front Desk & Reception Management: Manage company switchboard, visitor reception, and front desk area maintenance.
- Procurement & Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, warehousing, and distribution of office supplies, PPE, and other materials.
- Expense & Billing Management: Process administrative expense applications and reconcile monthly courier bills.
- Dormitory Management: Handle employee check-in/check-out registration, facility maintenance, and pest control.
- Waste Management: Conduct regular inventory of recyclable waste and coordinate with recycling vendors for disposal.
- Document & Records Management: Manage the filing, organization, and retrieval of delivery notes (DN) for audits.
- Production & Release Support: Assist in processing release notes and provide production support during peak order periods.
- Facility Greening and Cleanliness Management: Assist in keeping the facility cleanliness and greening.
- Company Team Build & Training Support: Assist the company team build and training preparation, communication with departments on schedule and events

Bachelor diploma required; associate degree or administrative training preferred

Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus
