Who are we looking for?
We now have an opportunity for Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team.
Inside sales and Sales Support Officer.
What will you be doing?
1.Coordinate and act as service window between customer and Plant .
2.Take orders from sales/Customers or login the web to download customer's orders.
3.Confirm with customer for order acceptance (login customer web to confirm the order and delivery confirmation based on some customer requirement).
4.Check with JDE system for A/R outstanding; Credits for credit limits and payment terms. If need, will submit application for SR , credit term/limit change in the system in order to align with the latest business situation.
5.Check stocks availability for customer orders and keep stock replenishment timely. But need to keep the inventory within a health level (no more than 2 weeks buffer value of full monthly actual sales cost value).
6.Check slow moving and dead stocks, advise sales and the management for prompt handling.
7.Check with all Strategic & Key Accounts for their latest business status; discuss with Sales to initiate appropriate adjustments.
8.Margin hold application daily.
9.Issue JDE DN (login customer web to create customer extra Delivery note, Upload packing list, COA documents, etc).
10.Go through CCA system for CO/CA application.
11.Follow up with customers for timely receipts of cargo and document.
12.C-pro system in case has quality issue or customer complain.
13.Label system maintains or application in case customer has extra label request
14.Other jobs that assigned by line manager that not mentioned above.
Who are You?
1.Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
2.Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
