Who are we looking for?

We now have an opportunity for Assistant Technical Service Manager to join our SAS team.

Provide technical support for clients within the assigned area to ensure products application can meet customer’s requirements. Manage projects to support new business development. Support company product promotion and application. Work with application centre team to demo or verify the product performance for both internal and customer projects.

What will you be doing?

•To become and maintain the expert on our power electronics solutions – especially Argomax® sintering portfolio and solder preforms to be able to drive the sales of these products in defined market, customer, or application segments based on deep technical insights.

•To solve product application problems for clients

•To provide product training for clients

•To collect the relevant information of customers application and requirements as well as competitors.

•To work with application centre team to support the customer project.

•To organize and conduct technical review meetings (TRMs) with key & potential customers.

•To handle product application demo in laboratory and customer site.

•To support new opportunities for business development.

•To finish any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Who are You?

•Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

•Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What competencies will you need?

To be successful in this role, you will need to have below skills:

•Possess the skill to write English technical report.

•Good knowledge and practical experience on sintering process for power electronics.
