Who are we looking for?
We now have an opportunity for Warehouse Specialist to join our Supply Chain team.
1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping and inventory management.
2. Manage the Routine Customer Sales Orders Fulfillment to achieve the On-time Requirement
3. Maintain records and transaction in ERP system.
4. Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules and maintain accurate records.
What will you be doing?
1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day customer order shipments, keep track for on-time delivery;
2. Complete Outbound activities in ERP system and outbound customer labels.
3. Communicate to Planner for the backlog orders and delivery schedules.
4. Communicate with Customer Services for the order fulfillment status.
5. Work together with other departments, such as logistics and Customer Services, to effectively manage and prioritize outgoing shipments for maximum customer satisfaction.
6. Complete receipt activities in ERP system.
7. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy, maintain accurate records, conduct cycle counts.
8. Perform other ad hoc duties.
Who are You?
1. Full-time college degree or above in logistics or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or Supply Chain.

What competencies will you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need to have below skills:
1. Knowledge of ERP System (JDE & SAP is preferable) and MS Office proficiency Excellent knowledge of office-related software.
2. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, strong organisational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, adapt to changing priorities and demands.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
4. Good language skills including written and spoken English.
