Who are we looking for?
The Treasury Manager supports the APAC Treasury Lead in overseeing regional liquidity, Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasting inputs, and FX exposure reporting, while leading the operational integration of Micromax (MCM) entities into ESI’s global Treasury framework
The role acts as the primary execution owner for:
- APAC short-term FCF, including WC forecasting (all ESI entities)
- Global MCM treasury process integration
- FX Exposure reporting and funding coordination
- Cross-border liquidity management within China regulatory constraints
Working closely with APAC Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain, and Group Treasury, the position enhances forecast accuracy, strengthens working capital visibility, and ensures disciplined execution of Treasury processes across the region.
What will you be doing?
APAC Cash Flow Forecasting & FCF Support (All ESI APAC)
- Understand and forecast working-capital–driven cash inflows and outflows (AR, AP, inventory); Translate WC movements into expected short-term cash needs and timing risks; Partner with FP&A teams to improve cash predictability, operating within TSA constraints
- Monthly cash variance bridge (working capital metrics and operational drivers);Early-warning reporting of liquidity risks; Continuous improvement of forecast accuracy
Global MCM Treasury Integration
- Ensure uninterrupted liquidity for Micromax entities globally during TSA; Execute Treasury funding actions in line with ESI policy; Support banking integration into ESI, including cash pooling
- Daily / weekly cash positioning for MCM entities (local and USD-equivalent); Execution of intercompany loans and short-term funding actions; Consolidation and analysis of AR/AP cash forecasts to determine funding requirements; Support Banking integration deliverables
FX Exposure Reporting & Hedging Support
- Own FX exposure visibility, monitoring, and hedging proposals for MCM entities; Operate within ESI Group FX policy; Prepare twice-weekly balance sheet FX exposure reports (APAC + Global MCM); Track hedge effectiveness and forecast deviations
- Prepare and deliver three-times-per-week balance sheet FX exposure reporting for Micromax entities globally and APAC, ensuring completeness and accuracy; Hedge recommendations submitted to Group Treasury for execution; Monthly hedge effectiveness monitoring and variance analysis; Escalation of exposure gaps or forecast issues impacting hedge performance; Integration of MCM entities into existing FX governance, reporting, and systems
Who are You?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required (Master’s degree preferred) with a minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in Treasury, corporate finance, or cash management, ideally within a multinational environment and with exposure to liquidity management, cash forecasting, or FX reporting.
Fluent in English.

What competencies will you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and identify root causes of cash flow, working capital, or FX variances.
- Solid FP&A skillset, including experience in cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, working capital modeling, and translating operational drivers (AR, AP, inventory) into liquidity impact.
- Confidence to challenge inconsistencies in exposure reporting, forecasts, and working capital assumptions.
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders.
- Effective collaboration across Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Supply Chain, and banking partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy in navigating a multinational environment.
- High attention to detail with solid understanding of end-to-end treasury processes.
- Proactive mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Prior experience supporting post-acquisition integrations or system migrations is a plus.
