Who are we looking for?

Perform team member in RTR Accounting Operation & HFM function of Asia Financial Shared Service Center, ensure entity activities are following Service Level Agreements and proceed improvement in Key Performance Indicators.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely month-end closing, and support in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS or other relevant accounting standards.

 

What will you be doing?

1.Perform team member in RTR Accounting Operation & HFM function to:

Prepare monthly expense accrual and reversal, amortization, bonus and VCP accrual, payroll and other manual journal entries.

Own the lease financial management/the end-to-end PPE process, including CIP, capitalization, depreciation; maintain Capex database in Lotus Notes and perform monthly reconciliation between Lotus Notes and HFM.

Perform the end-to-end FX revaluation process.

Perform the monthly closing, ERP upload to HFM, HFM sun-schedules and other related reporting. Ensure a full reconciliation between ERP and HFM.

Proceed with balance sheet reconciliation to align TB with HFM financial statements, keep records for outstanding issues and follow up in a timely.

Perform China Statutory Financial Statements and other local reports.

Support RPA projects, work with other teams to develop a fast and efficient way to achieve D1 global close objective.

Cooperate with external auditing, ensure a smooth audit process.

Support ad-hoc projects, etc.

2.Effective development:

3.Be positive FSS team member to deliver Day 1 global close objective.

Who are You?

Education and language requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

2. Six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3. Proficient English and Chinese languages capability – listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.

4. Proficient Korean languages is a plus.
