Who are we looking for?
Perform team member in R2R Costing function of Asia Financial Shared Service center, ensure entity activities are following Service Level agreements and proceed improvement in Key Performance Indicators.
What will you be doing?
- Perform team member in R2R Costing function to ensure
- Deliver BS account reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness. Identify the unreasonable items and dig out root cause and solutions independently.
- Deliver PRC STAT financial report timely, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Perform unit cost maintenance in ERP system, validate data integrity.
- Perform production work order closure properly and monitor abnormalities.
- Prepare inventory accounting, financial reporting and sub-ledger to GL reconciliation, resolve escalated variances.
- Upgrade SOP on time in accordance with audit compliance with clear statement.
- Project delivery on time with accuracy.
- Effective development
- Develop “Continuous Improvement” mindset, i.e, process alignment& template optimization.
- Ensure efficiency focus.
- Be positive FSS team member to deliver Day 1 Global Close objective
Who are You?
Education and language requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
2. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Proficient English and Chinese languages capability – listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
