Job Purpose

Accountable for all Shanghai internal and external Quality activities.

Improve Shanghai plant quality system.

Involved in internal and external complaint.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for QC Lab daily running:
    • Monitor and review daily RM, Products, Wastewater quality to meet internal, external requirement.
    • Responsible for Non-conforming material management. CAPA follow up.
    • Responsible for QC department meets ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000: 2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirement.
    • Responsible for Internal and customer, third party audits.
    • Change management for QC related.
    • Equipment maintenance and calibration.
    • Quality, Safety training to QC technicians.
  2. Responsible for coordinating with other departments.
  3. Customer complaint investigation, root cause analyses and provide CAPA, Strong communication skill to face customers‘ audit and complaint resolving.
  4. Responsible for the quality management and quality inspection of the factory;
  5. Responsible for the quality system implementation and maintenance (including ISO9001,  ISO14001 and ISO45001);
  6. Responsible for the record of quality problems in the production process, analyze and judge the customer complaints and feedback of product quality problems, and propose corrective measures, continuous improvement, and organization of quality inspection；
  7. Responsible for the implementation of quality improvement plan system and training；
  8. Plan and organize the calibration of monitoring and measuring resources；
  9. Be responsible for other work arranged by the leader.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering related.
  • Above 5 years Quality management experience in chemical industry preferred.
  • Familiar with quality systems and tools.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office and English.
