Who are we looking for?

GTT&MFD, Process Improvement

What will you be doing?

  • Make sure lab and experiement activities comply ESH polies and goverment regulations. Responsible for OTC lab’s safety and environment issues.
  • Evaluate process safety and environment issues and try to eliminate or reduce the safety and environment risk with engineer method.
  • GTT&MFD, beaker test to verify BOM, Process and QC spec.
  • Set up BOM master for new Products and revise BOM master to improve existing production process.
  • Assist to evaluate new RM with lab trial run test.
  • Apply Lean and 6 Sigma to analysis and  improve process capability.
  • Assist to improve FPY and summarize monthly.
  • Investigate batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaint.

Who are You?

  • Bachelor/Master degree of Chemical Engineering or related major.
  • 2-5 years chemical background experience.
  • Good written and spoken English ability.
