Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- AR reconciliation with customers, provide related information to customers and keep good communication with them.
- Do cash application timely.
- Review Credit Note and Special Release applications.
- Order release in ERP (JDE / SAP)
- Collaborate with internal team on checking RPA closing reports, such as AR Aging, BDR, GL adjustment entry.
- Cash inflow forecast.
- Credit term and limit maintenance.
- Customer master review
- Handle FSS service now ticket related AR
- BS recon supporting document preparation.
- Support audit work timely.
- Support improvement project.
- Maintain SOP document.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Who are You?
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good command of English and Chinese.

What competencies will you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Have a good command of accounting knowledge.
- Familiar with office software.
- Experience with SAP and/or JDE preferred.
