Who are we looking for?
Perform team member in recording to reporting function of Asia Financial Shared Service center, ensure entity activities are following Service Level agreements and proceed improvement in Key Performance Indicators.
What will you be doing?
- Perform team member in Finance Shared Service Center to ensure:

- SOX and External audits are properly conducted.
- Balance sheet reconciliations are properly approved.
- Balance sheet and profit income and expense analysis are properly completed on a timely basis.
- Inventory related accounting, reporting and unit costs are properly handled.
- General ledger related accounting and reporting are properly processed.
- Monitor KPI and SLA tracker, drive continuous improvement.
- Consolidation and alignment within FSS scope.
- Effective development:

- Develop “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
- Ensure Customer Focus.
- Be positive FSS team member to deliver Day 1.5 Global Close objective.
- Be positive to other ad hoc tasks assigned by management team.
Who are You?
Education and language requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
2. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Proficient English languages capability – listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
4. If familiar with Japanese languages is a plus.
