Job Purpose

Perform team member in Service Delivery function of Asia Financial Shared Service center, ensure entity activities are following Service Level agreements and proceed improvement in Key Performance Indicators.

This team is to provide:

  1. Quality Assurance of financial data at entity level
  2. Customer Service to key stakeholders outside Financial Shared Service center.

Future Career Development:

  1. Job rotation within FSS, to handle routine R2R/P2P/O2C transaction
  2. Job rotation to BPO, to fully join project implementation and process development

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform team member in Service Delivery function to ensure
    1. FSS issues with key stakeholders are properly resolved on a timely basis.
    2. Monitor KPI and SLA tracker, drive continuous improvement.
  2. Effective development
    1. Develop “Continuous Improvement” mindset.
    2. Develop “Service” mindset.
    3. Ensure Customer Focus
  3. Be positive FSS team member to deliver Day 2 Global Close objective
  4. Work with Country Finance/Operation/Commercial team.
  5. Handle problems/questions to Asia FSS raised by end user.
  6. Collaborate with all functions within FSS to solve problem and drive continuous improvement projects to support our internal customers.
  7. Work close with other ESI FSS team on sharing/adoption of best practices
  8. Keep service mind set, deliver service


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Relevant industry
