Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- AR reconciliation with customers, provide related information to customers and keep good communication with them.
- Issue e-VAT invoices.
- VAT invoice related documents preparing and mailing support for eVAT invoice.
- Maintain and update invoice records in the ERP system.
- Responsible for verifying supplier invoices on the tax platform.
- Filing work of incoming invoices for all Chinese entities.
- Order release support.
- Support audit work timely.
Who are You?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Be able to read simple English.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working at a foreign-owned company is a plus.
- Have a good command of accounting knowledge.
