Who are we looking for?
Provide accounting services regarding cash operating related to all SSC covered entities. Ensure invoices are booked in a timely and accurate manner, prepare bank / GRNV reconciliation.
What will you be doing?
- Daily bank reconciliation preparation and follow up on outstanding items in a timely;
- Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, type of ERP PO and Esker PO;
- Identify/communicate any mismatches in the booking of supplier invoices;
- Monthly vendor payment documents preparation;
- Follow up on long-aged GRIR items;
- Assist month end closing and meet the month end deadlines;
- Assist in preparing, coordinating and dealing with SOX, internal and external audits;
- Other tasks required by the team leader.
Who are You?
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good command of English and Chinese.

What competencies will you need?
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Familiar with office software
- Experience with SAP and/or JDE preferred
- Be familiar with treasury practice, local accounting practice and US GAAP
