Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our commercial operations across key markets. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering long-term customer relationships in the chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of industrial chemicals, market dynamics, and customer needs.
What will you be doing?

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with global business objectives. -
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple geographies. -
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. -
Market Development:
Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and product applications. -
Sales Operations:
Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting. -
Performance Monitoring:
Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions to meet targets. -
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product innovation.
Who are You?

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred. -
Experience:
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive sales experience in the chemical industry.
- Proven track record in managing regional or global sales teams.
- Experience in B2B industrial sales, especially in specialty or commodity chemicals.
