Job Responsibilities

  • The Regional Account Manager role will be primarily focused on the Semiconductor Wafer Level Packaging side of the SAS business supporting SAS’s specialty plating chemistries for our customers.
  • The Regional Account Manager is directly responsible for achieving year-over-year revenue and margin growth targets as well as assigned account development goals and objectives for a defined number of important customers for our business.
  • The Regional Account Manager is dedicated-to and hyper-focused on his/her assigned accounts.  He/she acts as the orchestra conductor for aligning and coordinating the resources required (both internally and externally) to achieve our mutual strategies and successes.
  • The Regional Account Manager is our main face and voice to the customer and is missioned to help us achieve trusted advisor status in the eyes of the customer by helping them meet their strategic initiatives utilizing our products and services in their business.
  • The Regional Account Manager may also be responsible for specific sites of our strategic accounts. In this instance, he/she will be accountable for contributing to the strategic planning process of those accounts and working with the strategic account manager and other account managers globally to effectively execute on the strategic account plans
  • The Regional Account Manager will be accountable for providing profitable revenue growth for each of our “Lines of Business” within the account (where applicable)

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Graduate degree and specific credentials in a related field are encouraged.
  • Required to travel 25% or more of the working time.
  • Proficient English language capability – written and verbal.
  • Seeking to hire remotely. Location in a semiconductor centric area.


  • Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.  Large customer (enterprise) sales experience a plus. 
  • Strong industry / domain / vertical experience and knowledge.  Familiarity with semiconductor, advanced packaging and OSAT markets a plus. 
  • Some network in the industry and/or target sector.
  • Experience selling specific and related technologies and/or adjacent technologies.


Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Relevant industry
