Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Logistic / Export Supervisor to join our chemical plant.
The selected candidate will coordinate logistics flows, international shipping, and standard EU trade flows.
The candidate will ensure compliance with dangerous goods transport regulations and maintain supply chain efficiency.
This position is located in Trecate (NO), Italy.
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating and supervising the Import/Export team.
- Planning and organizing domestic and international shipments (Export).
- Managing and updating customs documentation, certificates of origin, and letters of credit.
- Supervising compliance with ADR / IMDG / IATA regulations for dangerous goods.
- Interfacing with freight forwarders, international clients, and internal departments (Production, Sales, Shipping/Warehouse, and HSE).
- Continuously aligning operational customs flows with the Customs & Trade Manager.
Who are You?
- Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent Technical/Linguistic Diploma, with training in logistics/international trade.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in export logistics, with knowledge of freight forwarding services (air, ocean, road), warehousing, distribution, and export, preferably in the chemical industry.
What competencies will you need?
- Proficiency in handling key documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, CMR, certificates of origin).
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
- Ability to quickly resolve customs clearance issues.
- Certification or in-depth knowledge of ADR regulations for dangerous goods transport.
- Excellent command of English (a second language is a plus).
- Advanced use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JDE) and Microsoft Office, Copilot, and other AI-based tools.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stress management skills.

You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM).

You will receive a company laptop computer, and you will access to the company canteen.
Working time: 38 hours/week. Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -15:30 with half an hour of morning (8:30 -9:00) flexibility guaranteed.

For this role, we are offering a salary starting from € 40,000 per annum.
