Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate to join the HR team on a 5-month fixed-term contract, providing support to the department’s daily activities.
The position is based in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy.
What will you be doing?
- Recruiting: posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and organizing interviews.
- Onboarding: welcoming and integrating new hires, managing entry procedures and coordinating company equipment.
- Payroll: managing attendance, absences, holidays, leave, and sick days.
- Training: supporting the planning and coordination of training programs and professional development activities.
- Company fleet: supporting the management of the company car fleet.
- Records management.
Who are You?
- High school diploma or degree in Economics or related fields.
- Strong analytical, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Desire for continuous improvement.
- Previous experience in similar roles, considered a plus.
What competencies will you need?
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with time and attendance systems.
We are Offering...
You will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM).
As part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, a company laptop computer and you will access to the company canteen.
Working time: 38 hours/week. Mon-Thu 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -17:30, Fri 8:30 -12:30, 13:30 -15:30 with half an hour of morning (8:30 -9:00) flexibility guaranteed.
