Who are we looking for?
What will you be doing?
- Assist lead engineers in applications development: prepare samples, perform analytical tests, record data and observations, prepare summaries of experiments
- Perform die bonding application manually and automatedly.
- Troubleshoot basic process issues and escalate appropriately
- Perform parameter optimization and failure analysis
- Handling microscopic components; use of microscopes, tweezers, vacuum tools.
- Process documentation, basic troubleshooting, maintaining repeatability and yield.
Who are You?
- Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of industry experience in a related field.
- Technical certification or degree in electrical, chemical, or a related engineering field is preferred
- One or more of the following: Materials testing background, experience working with metals, QC background, lab experience
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to log process data
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as Minitab is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, communicate effectively.
- Hands-on, good time management skills
- Strong attention to detail; focus on process control, documentation, maintaining quality.
- Able to stand, reach, use fine tools; occasionally lift small weights or handle assemblies.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $20.83 and $31.25
